Queen anuncia streaming de show histórico em homenagem a Freddie Mercury
O Queen anunciou nesta quarta-feira (13) que vai disponibilizar o show Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert, que homenageou o cantor Freddie Mercury, em 1992. O show reuniu algumas das maiores estrelas da música na época e ocorreu no estádio Wembley, em Londres.
O show estará disponível no canal do grupo no YouTube, a partir das 15 horas desta sexta-feira (15). E ficará disponível por 48 horas.
Mercury, considerado um dos maiores cantores de rock da história, morreu em 24 de novembro de 1991, vítima de uma broncopneumonia em decorrência da Aids.
Entre os artistas que se apresentaram estavam Elton John, David Bowie, Ian Hunter, Liza Minnelli, Annie Lennox, Roger Daltrey (da banda The Who), Robert Plant (Led Zeppelin), James Hetfield (Mettalica) e Guns n’Roses.
